It took me a few chapters to get hooked on the idea of the book. While some of that view applies it is so much more. I figured it was more of a book for gamers than regular readers. I received a review copy from the Publisher and was only a little bit intrigued by the premise. The lines between reality and the virtual world start to blur until Nick is asked to do a dangerous mission. When the game starts asking its players to do dangerous and sometimes illegal missions in real life, the players must decide how far they are willing to go to keep playing. It's almost like it's watching your every move and reading your mind. It knows about it's players both in the game and outside of it in their daily lives. However, it quickly morphs into something more sinister. The game Erebos starts off as an adventure/fantasy role playing game. Don't let anyone know you have it, don't tell anyone about it, and play it alone. They each have received the small package containing a DVD and an ominous message. ** spoiler alert ** Summary: Nick Dunmore and his classmate's are part of a secret computer game.
